C-DAC | Direct Air Capture for on-site CO2 utilization in greenhouses

Summary
CO2 is recognized as the main pollutant responsible for global warming. On the other hand, 230Mt fossil-based CO2 is consumed globally as feedstock for different industries, including greenhouses, fertilizers, carbonated drinks and food preservation.
With volatile and soaring prices of liquified CO2, raising 10x last year (from €200 to €2.000/t), why don't we take it back from the atmosphere and use it as a valuable feedstock? Although high enough to cause climate change, atmospheric CO2 concentration makes up just 0.04% of the air we breathe, low enough to make it tricky to capture cost-efficiently.
CARBOMINER has developed C-DAC as a novel Direct Air Capture technology for selective CO2 binding from the open air in a fully electric and cost-effective process. Based on wet absorbent fiber for CO2 capture and patent pending BPM electrodialysis pH-swing for CO2 regeneration, C-DAC has been demonstrated into greenhouses to bring low-cost fossil-free CO2 vs current CO2 supply options.
