INNOV-EM | INNOVATION MANAGEMENT SERVICE SUPPORT OF EAST MARMARA NETWORK

Summary
INNOV-EM Consortium composed of six partners with different type of structures like public, semi-public and private institutions and their different internal procedure struggled to achieve its targets by performing activities as projected in work plan.KOSGEB Bursa , ABİGEM DM, ULUTEK and KOU Techno park are main partners while BCCI and ECI are only supporting partners of the project proposed.
The project addresses the two activities in the context of innovation support (H2020) in the services Enterprise Europe Network; “To enhance the innovation management capacity of SMEs” and “Key Account Management under SME Instrument of H2020”. The overall objective of Project is improving the innovation management capacity of promising SMEs in the region of East Marmara in Turkey.
Related to the Key Account Management for beneficiaries of the SME Instrument (KAM) services, only two partners proposed targets which are KOU Tecknopark and ULUTEK since there is limited number of beneficiaries for SME Instrument, and FTI or FET-Open Projects in our region.So, consortium will focus on providing services to enhance the innovation management capacities of SMEs.
Two work packages are defined for each two activities. With service of enhancing the innovation management capacity of SMEs, the consortium expect to serve to 34 SMEs with 10 days work packages and to spent 2.720 working hours. Service of Key Account Management under SME Instrument of H2020 is projected for at most 6 companies with 3,5 days work packages. If these are proceed to complete two phase of process total 168 working hours will be spent.
As a result consortium proposing to mentor 40 clients in total within the scope of the project.
