Current intranets require complex installations (14months) and behave inefficiently (4-7 months average lifespan). To solve this problem, we at Isolutions AG have developed ahead, the 1st European Intelligent Digital Workspace. Swiss founded, we have been supporting digital transformation of companies since 1999, setting standards for intranet workspaces software. With ahead we have demonstrated companies reach 90% higher user engagement and 25% increased productivity reliving dreary tasks through Artificial Intelligence. This will shift manual repetitive tasks towards automated and customized processes, reducing search time up to 50%. A cloud-based solution, it removes costs on IT infrastructure and project development to clients.
We embrace an Intranet as a Service standardised business approach and a per-user clear freemium-to-premium subscription model. Through the completion of this project we expect to reach 36.5M€ cumulated revenues and cumulated profit of 23.2 M€, 5 years after its commercialization. Phase 2 will require 2M€ investment, which will generate a 10.31 Return of Investment by 2026.
