Report on the planning and redesign of the EIP on AHA portal

Summary
This deliverable, merged with D 3.1., provides an overview of the planned transformation of the existing EIP on AHA portal in the new one. It describes the content and further provides on overview of the functionalities and the principles behind the redesigning. This deliverable will be updated in M12 and M24 with the actual achievements.
