eHealth interoperability service architecture for prioritised use cases

This deliverable will outline the functional needs for interoperability services for the existing European cross-border use cases. Using the additional use cases provided by WP1, this deliverable will specify further the set of services, and outline the assets, needed to support the successful delivery of that interoperable capability.
