Business model report for CEF sustainability up to and beyond 2020

This deliverable will present the final VALUeHEALTH business model framework accompanied by a strategic sustainability plan, to support the deployment and sustainability of use cases at European and national levels. This will include a a strategic plan for CEF, describing the recommended self-sustainable interoperable strategies leading to 2020 and beyond.
