Final report on successfully performed communication dissemination exploitation activitiesDelay due to COVID19 due date to be moved to M66 We were making steady progress with milestones and deliverables from WP2 MS 23 MS 24 D23 and WP3 MS 3235 D32 which were delayed previously as reported in RP2 also indicated in this table below Due to the sudden reduction in lab capacities as the COVID19 crisis evolved some parts of the final analyses on the TMAs for WP2 D23 and about 1000 samples still remain to be sequenced at CNAG MS34 consequently on MS35 and D32 which was otherwise expected to be completed by midApril 2020 With the requested extension we will be able to complete our target of generating new genomic information based on IHCISH panels on 25873 tumours and targeted sequencing on a subset of 10000 tumours that will inform risk and prognosis modelling of breast cancer Additionally we can then include these analyses in our manuscripts which will play a key role in informing the scientific community about our results
