Preparation of a Data Management Plan. 1. A description of the technical and organisational measures will be implemented to safeguard the rights and freedoms of the data subjects/research participants. 2. A description of the security measures will be implemented to prevent unauthorised access to personal data or the equipment used for processing. 3. A description of the anonymisation techniques will implemented. 4. Detailed information on the specific data protection informed consent procedures in regard to data processing will be provided prior to the start of the research activity raising ethics issue, in case this is not addressed in the informed consent procedures for human participants. The consortium confirms that the specific data protection informed consent forms and information sheets (in language and terms intelligible to the participants) are kept on file, in case this is not addressed in the informed consent procedures for human participants. They will be provided to IMI JU upon request. 5. In case of further processing of previously collected personal data, an explicit confirmation that the concerned consortium member has lawful basis for the data processing and that the appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to safeguard the rights of the data subjects will be provided. Relevant authorisations will be obtained and kept on file. The documents will be provided to IMI JU upon request.
