Development of the HARMONY Added Value Framework (HAVF)

Dependent on deliverables D201 and D204 on the definition of Core Outcome Sets COS it will include a White Paper on currently available Value Frameworks VFs and the publication of the HARMONY Added Value Framework HAVF on M56 The scoping and development of a value framework in HM is a lengthy process 3 to 5 years from start to validation and the finalization of the HAVF may fall out of scope of HARMONYs funding period Should this be the case the deliverable will only comprise the white paper on currently available Value Frameworks
