Spectral pre-processing procedures (such as outlier detection, noise reduction and smoothing) are implemented

The algorithms of outlier detection, noise reduction and smoothing are implemented and validated. Furthermore preprocessing procedures like deviation-, distance- and density-based approaches are implemented in the evaluation program.
