Integration with map / tree / network visualisation components to the COMPARE data portal

This deliverable relates to WP9 task 4, and represents the utility of the existing MicroReact map/tree/phylogeny interface, as appropriate, for use within the COMPARE data portal. The work will involve the linking of MicroReact, to the output of db searching within the COMPARE data portal and the extension of APIs to allow the tools to be ‘launched’ in remote servers (eg VMs within the cloud infrastructure) if appropriate.
