Estimated genetic parameters and Low-density genome scan for SNPs associated with VNN resistance in sea bream

Design and conduct experiments for VNN in sea bream which is currently considered as a high priority threat to the aquaculture industry A lowcost SNP set will be used to reconstruct family relationships and to estimate genetic parameters heritabilities and genetic correlations for resistance to VNN in larval and juvenile sea bream and response to nodavirus vaccination in juveniles GWAS and LDLA will carried out based on the same SNP data to identify loci associated with resistance to VNN response to vaccination
