Requirements for alarm adjudication

A report on general requirements, best practices, obstacles and opportunities related to real-time transmission of data to a centralized database for timely alarm adjudication (M24). The planning for this can only be undertaken at the end of 2017 when the commitment and willingness of the Member States to move in the direction of joint data structures has been ascertained. This will be a key issue to be addressed in the revised work programme to be issued in 2018.
