Report on dissemination and demonstration events developed to promote project results (final M36)

Summary
Task 5.4: Dissemination and demonstration events (IRTA, M6-M36) yearly draft and final, M12, M24, M36 The project will host a variety of dissemination events, which will include stakeholder workshops and conferences, where feasible back to back with project meetings - These are workshops (which can be held at the same places than project meetings: M12 and M24 ) where project results will be disseminated to industrial users (all the technologies in each workshop). The specifics of these events will correspond to the planned work and results as they become available and defined in the Dissemination Plan (WP5.1) at the beginning of the project and updated throughout the project. Furthermore, partners may present the project and their research results at specific and popular science conferences, science days etc. once it is clarified that sensitive IP (e.g. with patent potential) will not be prematurely disclosed. An industry associated group (IAG) will be implemented where companies interested in the technologies can participate, profiting from the positive experience e.g. gained in the Associated Membership Platform of HighTech Europe or the Industrial Advisory Board of NovelQ. These companies will give input on the project actively ensuring and directing the applicability for industrial implementation. The members of IAG will be addressed for demonstration days of WP5, typically for 0.5-1 day testing of their products in a confidential environment (Three for each technology: PEF-F, HPTS and LS-Extrusion) and more organised in the form of page 42: open demo-workshops with presentations and a practical demonstration (one for each technology). These are demo workshops specific for each technology to be held in the facilities of DIL and FBR, with a practical demonstration with a case study, between M24 and M36 The i³-Food partners will jointly present at two booths the technology potential of the prioritised technologies at renowned food technology fairs (e.g. BTA Barcelona, SIAL Paris). The Wiki-based knowledge portal Food TIP of HighTech Europe will be used to transfer project findings. At least three new technology data sheets will be written for Food TIP and if needed existing data sheets related to the investigated technologies will be updated if new findings are available. It is anticipated that exhibition presence at international fair and conferences will attract potential end users of the developed results. Synergies will be sought with relevant projects to hold joint events to enhance impact and share costs. Partners involved: IRTA, ISI, DIL, FBR, SPE, ELE, HOG, DMK, FC, ENTEX
