Strategy and action plan for flexible and efficient collaboration with Third Countries

This deliverable is part of task 2.4. Based on analyses of third countries in the Asia-Pacific and Americas - through the already existing connections with EU-LAC and New Zealand - a strategy and action plan will be developed for collaboration with Third Countries. This strategy will both look into how to operationalise and prioritise between more structural involvements of third countries within JPI HDHL (membership) as well as more flexible involvements in Joint Activities of the JPI. The strategy and action plan will be operationalised and tested through the engagement with a third country. After refining the strategy and action plan - another 4 third countries will be engaged with the JPI HDHL activities.
