Report on the third Process evaluation of JPI HDHL

This deliverable is the first output of task 6.3.2 and concerns a report on the third performed process evaluation of JPI HDHL. The first and second process evaluation took place during the course of the first CSA of JPI HDHL according to a developed framework which was designed through a collaboration of JPIs established through the finalised FP7 project JPIs to Cowork. The process evaluation will follow the updated evaluation framework - which results out of task 6.1.
