Report on the understanding gained in COLUMBUS of the interpretations of different knowledge user groups (research community, policy, society and Industry) in order to identify characteristics and components of effective Knowledge Transfer mechanisms and initiatives (e.g. technology transfer offices, development agencies, knowledge brokers, Technology Platforms, Joint Programming Initiatives etc.).
