Paper on lacks and spillover, narrative on actor perspectives

The results of the review of Tasks 6.1 and 6.2 and possible legal and policy shortcomings that may lead to non-compliance of environmental objectives in rural areas will be reported. The report will include an examination of coherence and consistency combining a bottom up and a top down approach.
