Web portal: A Web Portal is developed which gives access to the BOND capacity building material for building social capital (bonding, bridging, linking), gaming techniques as interface with policy-makers, repository of solutions and case studies, data on attitudes and constraints, analysis of legal framework, recommendations to policy makers, 6 reference documents for each European region on building social capital, outcomes of BOND events in WP1, WP2, WP3 and other relevant material developed during the project including the communication outputs.
