Report on market characterization: segment & boundaries analysis

This will report on the market characterization of each pilot country/region. The deliverable will consist of a market barriers analysis and market segments evaluation performed through stakeholder consultation activities for each pilot country/region. The deliverable will serve as inputs for the evaluation and selection process of the Public Financing Instrument (PFIs) that will be best adapted to the regional market characterization. (outcome of task 2.4)
