Institutional, organisational and procedural report

"Drafting of a report addressing the institutional, organizational and procedural aspects of investment platforms. The report will provide guidelines and procedures to set-up and operate Citizen Investment Platforms in the pilot countries/regions. Part of the process is to explore how the platforms are to interact with the efforts on establishing Investment Platforms under the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) and the rules for operating such Investment Platforms according to the ""EFSI Regulation"". (outcome of task 2.1)"
