Online submission tool

An online submission tool will be provided by the Dutch national research funding organization NWO The tool will be userfriendly and will be structured in such a way that applicants have very little chance to create an ineligible consortium real time check that consortia and participants fulfil eligibility criteria automatic checks for completeness of proposals etc The system will allow remote login by members of the call secretariat eligibility check of national funding limits and by external evaluators Expert Panel It will also allow external evaluators to check for any Conflicts of Interest and to declare it Only in the case that no Conflict of Interest is declared will it be possible for the evaluator to download the proposal and remotely evaluate it WP3The tool will be maintained during the whole submission process to guarantee its continuous operability
