Guidelines and templates for presenting proposals for cross-border projects

Deliverable 1.1 will include examples of existing best practices for cross-border collaboration, an analysis of those examples and first recommendations on how such examples can be used or adapted to support the implementation plan. Guidelines for endorsement of smaller collaboration projects (institutional alignment) and larger projects (using the IEA Wind TCP approach) will be handled separately. Moreover, the deliverable will define the rules for mobility and knowledge exchange grants and prepare the necessary templates to ensure a quick and lean handling of the grants. Due to the small sums of each grant, lump sums will be used whenever concordant with H2020 regulations.
