Specified minimum Energy Performance Certificate criteria and other non-Energy Green criteria (using Green Homes Certifications for use in the pilot phase for each Implementing Partner country). The minimum energy criteria will be selected to balance maximizing the number of residential projects in the program while including only those projects likely to advance the standard on the market in areas such as 1) achieving ahead of legislative deadlines projects that meet “nearly net zero energy” requirements and 2) projects that will produce energy and other cost savings to produce meaningful reduction in mortgage / loan default risk. – Lead partner: SKGBC (M3)
