Project reliability framework

A report that sets out: how the reliability of the PTO will be assessed at the product design stage; how reliability will be incorporated into the product design; how test results will be used to refine the reliability estimate; and how project findings will be incorporated into a refined PTO design. This deliverable relates to task T7.1.
