Description: This deliverable provides a description of the main characteristics of primary source datasets collected following the existing literature on past and existing GPP projects and tailored on the basis of the information gathered during co-creation workshops to assess the current collaboration between SMEs and local authorities in order to implement innovations in RES. Indicator for success: key information about the occurrence and relevance of barriers against innovation in RES.
