Summary
• Development of the most appropriate training approach:
o Assessment of the different training approaches and the pros and cons of each approach,
o Compatibility with the SPREM methodology (Task 3.1) and its impact on training topics and approach,
o Development of the approach for Public Clients at the political level,
o Development of the approach for SPREM coordinators and other managers,
o Investigate synergies between the trainings to both target groups,
o Review and adaptation of trainings.
