National roadmap (IT)

National roadmap document, describing (1) the analysis of the specific national and regional drivers and barriers for financing sustainable energy and energy efficiency in buildings, (2) potentially relevant existing solutions, tools, and financing instruments, and (3) a gap-analysis of which solutions, tools and instruments are still needed.
