Overview of solutions

Result of Task 2.1, describing an overview of solutions that already exist in one sector and may be easily adapted or translated to fit other sectors, as well as solutions that do not yet exist but should be developed in order to increase the attractiveness of investments in sustainable buildings. (Note that the term “solutions” is used here in a very broad sense: where the example above illustrates a technical and financial calculation tool, this task also includes financial instruments, innovative contractual arrangements such as ESCOs, and policy measures.)
