Summary
The replication plan (peer-learning plan), developed against the PROSPECT benchmark, will allow for the exploration with the responsible technical and city experts on what worked well in each particular project-case so as to draw out replicable elements.
IT will be delivered in months 12, 24 and final version in month 36.
