Report on energy efficiency trends – interim report

A first version of the report on energy efficiency trends will be elaborated to provide a solid buttress for the best practices & recommendations guidelines. The report will highlight existing benefits of energy efficiency and looking at the evolution of social, economic, cultural and educational barriers (comparison between D3.1 and new key findings).
