Spills and leaks from normal shale gas well pad operations

Report on probability of spills/leaks from normal well pad operation based on experience of comparator activities with assessment of mitigation strategies. Aim: Public dissemination of research on the probability of spills/leaks from normal well pad operations and mitigation measures. Scope: The research uses knowledge from comparator activities to assess probability of spills/leaks from well pad operations, thereby helping to establish boundary conditions to minimize impacts from well pad operations in Europe.
