Review of data on groundwater and surface water pollution

Report with review of the data and experience from Europe, U.S.A. and Canada with respect to identified groundwater contamination and pollution of surface waters. Aim: Public dissemination of review of groundwater contamination and pollution of surface waters related to (shale) gas operations from Europe, U.S.A. Canada. Scope: The inventory will outline best practices and latest developments in assessment and managing groundwater and surface water contamination, thereby helping to identify potential knowledge gaps and potential developments for operations in Europe.
