Control for estimating and monitoring fugitive emissions

Report with all data and conclusions on the best practice for the control of fugitive emissions and for a cost-effective strategic program of monitoring and emission estimation. Aim: Public dissemination of all results from M4ShaleGas research on atmospheric emissions and CO2 footprint of shale gas operations. Scope: Integration of reviews and research on emissions and CO2 footprint from WP14 and WP15 provides the scientific basis for the recommendations to minimise impacts on atmosphere and mitigate CO2 footprint of shale gas operations in Europe.
