Web-based Q&A tool

This Q&A tool will be integrated in an interactive platform where everyone can ask questions on energy efficiency indicators or regarding the evaluation of energy efficiency policies. The objective of this platform is also to have a web-based help desk to answer to countries on any questions related to the use of the various data and policy tools and possibly to help apply them at national, regional, local level. This would provide a free consulting service to MS.
