Report on the overall methodology for the targeting and compliance verification for fans and transformers. This task assembles the deliverables of WPs 2, 3, 4 and other deliverables in WP5 in order to create a comprehensive document of the findings and outcomes of the project. There will be 3 documents created, for fans and transformers: D5.2, D5.3 and D5.4.
