D7.1 is part of T7.1 activities. The deliverable is a comprehensive benchmark analysis of business models, finance & funding instruments applicable to SPARCs interventions. To this end, a value model approach evaluates the efficiency of such business models and funding/financing mechanisms for the cities’ value chains, both for LCs use cases and for FCs replication plans.
