Definition of SPARCs Holistic Impact Assessment Methodology and Key Performance Indicators

The deliverable will report the results of activities under T2.1 of SPARCS project. In its first version, the deliverable will focus on the analysis of the “Morgenstadt assessment framework” which will be the basis for the SPARCS Impact assessment methodology, while performing a thorough review of at least 3 other well-known methodologies from relevant projects (CITYkeys; SCIS; CIVITAS) to evaluate the appropriateness and soundness of the KPIs they propose for Smart City initiatives impact assessment from an Energy, Economic, Social and Technology perspective.
