Occupant survey created (that includes Time of Use survey and occupant feedback)

An Occupant survey will be created and distributed to the residents (via Survey Monkey or similar) to gauge their needs, to enable the resident to provide the project team with information about their building. The results of this will also feed the UX designs in T4.2.
