Summary
A Report describing the full-scale optimized oxyfuel cement plant incorporating experimental results from WP7, WP8, WP9 will be delivered. Due to the changed atmosphere and additional parameters the operation will be more complex. Therefore the report will include procedure instructions about start-ups, shut-downs and optimal operational settings. A section will also include recommendations about training of operators
