Summary
A report on the developed O&M cost model including the results of implemented probabilistic cost scenarios. The scenarios include a baseline formulation in offshore and onshore conditions, documentation of updated reliability values due to introduced new control technology and presentation of improvement potential in O&M strategies. The parameterized model is used to determine the O&M costs needed for Task 4.5.1.
