Identification and recommendation for non-technical barriers and innovative business models

Report on the attractiveness of the business models, as defined in WP1, to the respective roles in each of the four large pilot sites by computing a set of financial indicators (such as Internal Rate of Return, Return on Investment period, etc). Furthermore, critical socio-economic barriers that could delay realization of these business models, or harm their profitability, will be identified and suitable countermeasures will be suggested where necessary, by taking into account the local conditions in each demonstration area.
