Legislation, business models and social aspects

The deliverable will include: 1) A report that will analyze the existing legislation and regulatory frameworks implemented in the energy markets at various levels (i.e., local, national, supranational and international); 2) Analysis of the emerging and innovative smart grid business models and the energy-market model. The analysis will identify current barriers and propose solutions; 3) Presentation of our research findings on smart grids and the energy market in the social, cultural and ethical context, such as energy security, data privacy and equity reports.
