Technical requirements for the Deployment Design Tools

The improvements with respect to the previous release of the DTOcean platform will be highlighted, as well as the positioning within the current state of the art of the DTOceanPlus toolset and its expected impact. Description of the scope of the toolset, the coupling with commercial software and the digital information requirements will be included. The fulfilment of the requirements of the users, identified in WP2, will be pointed out and critically discussed. Output from: Task 5.1.
