Periodic criteria papers (updates)

Criteria papers (and at least one update) for at least 15 product groups during the project duration (for the most common products on TOPTEN ACT national websites). 15 criteria papers no later than month 6. Update of these criteria papers will depend on legislative and technological advances and on communication opportunities.
