MERLON planning and optimisation algorithms under demand and generation evolution

The deliverable refers to the development of planning algorithms that simulate the operation of the electrical network in appropriate horizons (related to regulatory regimes and asset lifetimes) to automatically calculate distribution reliability, performance and power quality metrics based on equipment characteristics and planned/unplanned events.
