This Deliverable will contain: - a cover page with the title of the deliverable, deliverable number, project information (acronym, grant number, call, topic), consortium coordinator information, edition date and number; - authoring and approval data sheet, with the names of the authors, reviewers internal to the project, approval by PC, Task Leader and WP Leader, eventual rejection by any representative of the beneficiaries, and document history. - the abstract of ALARM project. - An executive summary of the Deliverable, highlighting the contributions, main results and conclusions, and some insight on how this deliverable will be feeding other tasks within the project. - An introduction to the topic, including the motivation and goals of the deliverable. - the methodological approach to the conduction of Task 4.1 (Extremes and climate). - the results derived from these tasks. - Concluding remarks
