This deliverable contains all the necessary information to support management of the project with highlights on the procedures covering the online collaboration for effective cooperation project deliverables production process ensuring quality how to storereview monthly reporting of effort and progress and the mechanisms for working effectively on the project It will also contain the quality assurance risk and data management plan The handbook will be maintained by the DC Amendments to the handbook if necessary will be ratified by the PB The Project Handbook will contain a detailed project plan and a GANTT chart of the project This deliverable is related to Task 11 Task 12 Task 13 and Task 15
