Definition of V2X message sets

Specification of V2X message sets enabling the exchange of advanced information between (connected and automated) vehicles and between (connected and automated) vehicles and the road infrastructure. Revised version also based on inputs from T5.2 and T5.3, and according to the requirements added in the second iteration. The revised version in M24 will update this deliverable by including the corresponding information for the second iteration, esp. by taking into account the updated requirements.
