Capacity needs and knowledge gaps of ITS stakeholders group and case studies collection

The deliverable will identify the needs and requirements for establishing the capacity collaborative building of the ITS communities It intends also to provide a set of case studies and business models that will feed the handbook and also the analysis in WP3.
